Reverb's selling fee is low by marketplace standards, which matters disproportionately because the items are expensive. On a £2,000 guitar, a five-point difference in commission is £100 — enough that the fee, not the audience, decides where some sellers list.

Is shipping included in the fee base?
Yes, both the selling fee and payment processing apply to the total order including shipping. On heavy items with expensive freight that is a meaningful addition.
